in our recently renovated B&B Antico Tralcio in the midst of the Monferrato hills (UNESCO World Heritage since 2014) between Asti and Alba, both home to our local and famous wines such as Barolo, Barbaresco, Barbera and Moscato d’Asti that enhance our Piedmont cuisine and perfect to accompany our Alba or Asti truffle.The perfect starting point to combine the ultimate pampered experience with the surrounding panoramic itinerary immersed in the countryside which can be enjoyed on a traditional vespa, or by bike or on foot to make the most of all the scents and flavours of our nearby countryside.

FOOD, WINE AND CULTURE

Antignano is renowned for its wine, such as Barbera, Chardonnay and Moscato and for its corn, a particular kind of corn named Mais 8 file which means corn with 8 rows

Each year between the end of July and the beginning of the religious festivities in honor of the Patron Saint, it is possible to try out some local food specialties prepared by the “Proloco” assosciation, like agnolotti, tajarin of “mais 8 file” and mixed grill.
